The Challenge

Hellenic Seaways, the largest coastal maritime company in Greece, wanted to create brand awareness campaign communicating its positioning after five years of tactical campaigns. The objective was to communicate Hellenic Seaways’ leadership in terms of fleet size, quality and speed, the excellent customer service and the innovative technology it employs to facilitate passengers, an exclusivity in the maritime sector.

The Solution

TenFour proposed a brand campaign focused on the superior passenger experience which is ensured by the parallel preparation of the ship and its crew, creatively interpreting the parallel with a Wes Andersonesque visual format that emphasized the modernity of the brand and the fleet. The resulting TV commercial established the brand leadership in a highly competitive market by steering clear of the category’s more “classic” visual and communication language and succeeded in increasing market share in the more competitive routes.
